AVOID

AVOID! After Sales support is horrific. I received the printer which had an electrical fault. Contacted after sales support who have continuously asked me to take the printer apart myself to try and identify the fault.

No UK / EU support and no emails responses..

My wife has been trying to return a 3D printer to this company for 2 weeks - no email replies, no contact number, chatbot that is always 'confused' by simple questions. Have already emailed the customer - at - flashforge.com address many times. Will be pursuing with Credit Card issuer. Will be careful to check that China companies who operate UK online stores have an actual UK telephone number that works before ordering in future - unless you want to wait between 24h to 336h for a response.

AVOIDPurchased a printed on 1st January Hassle free returns.. I don't think so.I returned a printer and two filaments on the agreement that I could return the printer and filament as was unopened. Once everything was sent they updated their returns policy, refusing the filament. Okay, I can deal with the £50 loss. They then tried to deny that the printer had been received at their fulfillment center. After 6 weeks of back and forth they then wanted evidence of delivery. I showed them that the printed had been successfully delivered. After being satisfied that evidence had been provided they changed their mind and wanted additional photographic evidence. Royal Mail don't hold the photographic evidence indefinitely and had been removed. After months of discussion, trying to get them to honor their returns policy they eventually escalated the case to a manager. Things started to move positively for a moment, they said they had initiated a refund and I would receive a refund within two working days. It has been a month, and still no refund. Multiple emails chasing this with no response. I eventually got a response when threatened with small court proceedings. They don't know what's going on at their fulfillment center.Still no refund.Still on going.

I bought an ADX5 on Nov 25th 2024

I bought an ADX5 on Nov 25th 2024. They sent a message a week later it was going to be delayed (with no new ETA) and offered a $20 giftcard for the trouble. I bought filament on Dec 25th, they sent UPS tracking info . I checked 2 weeks later and UPS hasn't received the item yet. When I contacted support they said they are changing their logistics and I have to be patient no ETA. At this point flash forge has taken around $500 from me and has given me nothing... Not even a date when my item will arrive. It is starting to feel like a scam.

Have not received my order

Ordered a printer, filaments and an enclosure kit on 23 November 2024. The filaments and enclosure kit arrived but no sign of the printer. I have been told it was dispatched but no tracking details have been provided. I was told it would be prioritized but yet it has still not been dispatched. I have requested a refund several times but customer service will not even acknowledge my request for same and yet cannot tell me when the printer will be dispatched. This was a santa gift - so disappointed with this company and in particular the customer service.

Bought a flash forge 5M Pro and done…

Bought a flash forge 5M Pro and done about 10 to 15 prints then all of a sudden the head unit stopped feeding. Upon closer inspection the feeder gear has seized and was jumping on the sprocket. I contacted technical support (I use that term very loosely) and after sending video after video of the problem they still wanted more videos. Of your flashforge is working well (Great) but don’t rely on the technical team for help as I’m positive they don’t know their own product. I purchased a new head unit myself as I’m sure they were hoping I would do. AVOID!!!!

Difficult contact

Difficult contact with the company. The ordered printer did not arrive. After intensive writing of emails almost every day to all possible company addresses. I finally got my money back.I do not recommend the company because it cost me too much nerves and effort.

Fraudsters!

Terrible quality of printers, terrible software, even worse support.Creator 3 Pro, one of their more expensive printners doesnt work out of the box - left extruder skipping steps, no adhesion to bed. Support claim that hotend has 3 months (!) of warranty.Buy anything but not flashforge junk.
