I am extremely surprised at the negative reviews below. User error I suspect. The service and support from Flashforge has been nothing short of exceptional. Their 3D printers are, in my opinion, the best I’ve used—and the after-sales support has gone well beyond what I expected.I’ve owned other well-known brands in the past, but none compare to the build quality and reliability of Flashforge machines. I’ve been using the Adventurer 5M for a while and recently added the AD5X to my lineup—it has not disappointed.Highly recommend Flashforge to anyone serious about 3D printing.
First of all, the company should inform users that the tech support is AI/.Bot. I have problems with two printers, one since May and a brand new 5M pro over a week ago. I soon caught on I was interacting with a (not very good) AI system when I kept being asked to repeat the same procedures. I emailed mkt2 on 2nd June - still no reply. I have been promised a new hot bed for the olf 5M, waiting to see if it will arrive. Final straw, yesterday, I was sent a video supposedly instructing on how to re-install the firmware (why should I brand? new machine!) The video is poor quality and entirely in chinese. I said this to the Bot and the reply 'The operation steps in the video are clear. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us'. How do you argue with that?! I have three FF machines, two of which are 5M pro. Only one has been functional now for over a week. I am now minded to sell them as second hand and go with Bambu Labs, my business cannot survive without reliable machines and tech support, Nightmare!
Problematic printer (creator 3). Lagging software and extruder issues.. hotend temperature drops during prints and bed levelling issues when you work with both extruders. I totally not recommend to buy this printer because its full of flaws.
Stay away from this people l, bought one printer on the 11th of february, it lasted 1 month and stopped working, been asking for a solution for 3 weeks and they just keep brushing us off, there is something wrong with the software they used, I asked for a warranty and they say because is more than a month old cant do anything, the software on this is a Adventurer 5M pro is so corrupted than the unit just stops working half way on the printing, waste of bloody money
Purchased a Flashforge Pro 5 from them; it stopped working within 3 days. Support asked me to remove the back of the machine, which I refused for safety reasons. They sent a replacement part, but it didn’t fix the issue. They decided it was a mechanical problem, so I requested a return.After submitting my return request, I waited—apparently, they went on vacation and left me hanging. When I asked for a return label, they refused, saying I had to ship it myself and would be reimbursed for postage. They wouldn’t provide a recipient name, forcing me to use a different shipping company. I returned the printer as instructed and submitted the invoice, but a week later, still no refund—they claimed they couldn’t find it and hadn’t reimbursed shipping. Strangely, a prepaid return label and an invite to return the item arrived a week after they already had it. Eventually, they issued only a partial refund, deducting for filament and accessories—even though I returned the original spool they supplied and still have not reimbursed shipping costs.They’ve had my printer for over a week, still owe me money, and haven’t reimbursed the original or return shipping. Their products are junk, failing within days, and their customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. I have repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor after extreme frustration with their customer service agent, but have never been put in contact with anyone more senior or competent. Avoid them like the plague.
Bought a printer on their website for anpresent to my friend but unfortunately he already had one similar so i decide to send it back to ask a refund. Is a f… nightmare! I spent 50 euro to send it back to the provided address, i have an UPS proof of delivery and they are stull telling they received nothing.This people are real scammers, they are not respecting the EU law and is a wate of time and money.Please dont give money to this people!
No response to daily emails for a month. Returned a printer to them and they are refusing to acknowledge receipt of it, Klarna have washed their hands, guessing because they also get no response, so I owe for something I returned. I am about to escalate this with Klarna. Avoid Klarna also people, because you have no come back unlike with a credit card. In future will only order from companies I can be sure have telephone support option.
Avoid! One of the worst experiences ever purchasing through this company, This company sells items they don’t have in stock to customers who pay promptly, then you the customer have to wait over a month with no eta, so you could be waiting potentially forever, it took them over 2weeks to refund my purchase I had to get my bank involved since, you can wait over a week before they give you a measly response, NEVER AGAIN this company should be ashamed of themselves!!!!
