We gave Rachel an idea we had and what we’d like to do in NZ.Within the day she had made it a reality with such a good deal.So much easier without all the stress of booking stuff ourselves.She is such an incredible asset to the Flight Centre.

Rachel was patient, thorough and aded value - I travel regularly and like many of us regularly use and am happy for many journeys with online engines BUT this is / was a mutli stage ticket to many locations with some additional luggage considerations... Rachel went the extra mile and helped make it all seamless. Knowledge + a person +tech is defo better than just tech alone!
Ami and her colleagues at the Flight Centre Bath were really helpful in booking a complicated set of flights to China for myself and my girlfriend. I don't think we could have done that ourselves. They were also very heplful in rebooking when we changed part of the travel plan. Overall we had an amazing holiday thanks to their help!
