Amy Burns was extremely helpful throughout the process of booking flights, hotels and rental cars and made sure all our needs were met. Two weeks prior to departure she sent an email with a checklist of essentials to make sure the trip went as planned.
Excellent service. We had a good idea of what we wanted but received lots of useful advice which helped us to make our final decision. We ended up using Flight Centre as a partial package deal at a very competitive price. Hannah was always prompt at dealing with our questions and issues and it was nice to have a person to speak to as well as email. I am retired airline staff and this is the second time I’ve used Flight Centre. I would highly recommend them.
