Tremendous customer service with Leena at Clapham Flight Centre office. We (wife and I) had booked flights at Flight Centre to Australia in June for travel this December. We experienced problems submitting our Australian visa requests, so visited FC Clapham and Leena was helpful, patient and efficient in assisting us in getting Visa requests submitted and now have approval.
From the first I realised what a treasure I had found in Hannah Thorogood. She was extremely helpful, Knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to find me a good deal and cared about what it was going to cost me and didn't mind how many questions I asked. Michelle and Rachel at the Horsham branch have been superstars. We’ve had to move/cancel flights due to a medical emergency whilst in Australia and they have been kind and so knowledgeable and reassuring. This is clearly why you book through an agent! Do not hesitate to use these guys.
I always use Flight Centre for long haul flights. My go to person is Becky Greaves. She goes above and beyond. She got me out of a huge hole earlier in the year when my flight was diverted and recently she has spent time and patience sorting out my flight requirements (never straight forward) for next year.
Have used Flight Centre Horsham on several occasions, always been highly accommodating, very knowledgeable, no pressure. Racheal also had personal experience of our latest pre destination choice. Which helped us in our final plans. Have also recommended them as I feel confident of them giving others a fab service.
