Caroline was fantastic help! My dad is vacationing here later this year and she was a god send help sending options and quotes for the holiday. To add challenge to the service I brought my toddler and all the staff were so lovely .Rare I leave feedback but wanted to share the positive experience we had.
I have been dealing with Iris from the Richmond Branch since last year. My requests were very vauge but she turned everything around last year to give some amazing quotes. The trip didnt go ahead but due to her service, i contacted her last week for a similar trip and we confirmed it yesterday. It has been a pleasure working with her and she has been great.
