Such great service, Daisy was a gem, she sorted out everything I asked, phoned me back to let me know she was busy and would get the email to me as soon as she could, which wasn't a problem, She went over my itinerary, and sent me the link, with all the details and payment, which was straight forward...perfect..
Helen Abbot has been extremely helpful in organising and booking a corporate trip for me. She was very patient whilst I was getting approvals in the back end, and was always super quick in replying back to me with the relevant information. I have been using Flight Centre for many years and have always had great service. The team ask your requirements and then go above and beyond to get a great deal for you.In the past a flight was cancelled just before Christmas and Flight Centre immediately booked me on a new flight, departing the next day. The cancelled flight was outside of their control but they remedied the problem quickly. Most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannah Howe from the Richmond office, where she spent a few hours playing with dates to get the price down on a complex trip with many stops.
I would highly recommend booking flights with this agent. I went through Eliza Joiner and she was fantastic, really helpful and got me a great deal compared to other agents. Throughout I was kept up to date and was also caught in the LHR fire delay and Eliza was in contact to check that a hotel had been arranged whilst we waited for LHR to reopen. 5 stars for care and attention.
Hannah (Howe) has now organised long haul flights & hotels for me & my family for the last 3 years.hannah is efficient, courteous & great at getting exactly what you want. Always good to catch up with her & hear her latest recommendations for places to go. Def recommend her.
