Michelle @ flight centre could not have been more helpful. Her suggestions to make our journey more relaxing and more economical were brilliant. Her good humour and patience on what was a very busy day for her during LHR's unexpected closure were impressive.

We have booked multi-stop worldwide trips on three occasions now through Jamie Bawn at Flight Centre, having shopped around each time. Jamie is very efficient and knowledgeable and what I most like about Jamie's way of working - and what swayed us to book with Flight Centre each time - is that Jamie LISTENS to what we wanted/were looking for and did everything he could to give us those experiences (for a quite complicated 'wish list'.) Plus, when we had a slight problem and Jamie was on holiday, we had two speedy reassuring responses back from his colleagues to help us. On a previous occasion, when there was a problem with our flights being switched at the very last minute, Flight Centre sorted us out instantly. I would not hesitate to recommend Flight Centre and Jamie Bawn in particular.
Nina was so helpful from day 1. She was friendly and efficient and gave me good advice too. We first contacted the flight centre in March, and Nina did not pester me at all she gave me all the information and waited for me to decide if I wished to continue with the booking. She answered all my questions and I felt very confident booking with her.

I visited Flight Centre Kingston and was looked after by Catrina Johnson. My travel plans were quite complicated and Catrina was extremely helpful and sorted everything out for me. The customer service was superb and highly recommended Catrina!
Reece helped me plan our trip from the very beginning. I didn't know where to start, but he asked all the right questions, went away and came back with an itinerary, and within budget. Reece tweaked the itinerary and bookings, whenever we thought of something else, and nothing was too much trouble. The flights and stopovers and hotels were all just right for us. When we were in Australia, we were faced with the arrival of a cyclone, but Reece changed our flights for us, so we were able to avoid it. Honestly, he took all the stress out of it. I would definitely recommend Reece, and Flight Centre, and now that we've got the travel bug, we will always use this company, and hopefully Reece will still be there. The other staff who answered the phone seemed equally lovely, and communication was always excellent.
