Review Time
Even though we had flight confirmation and ticket numbers from Fight Guru, our flight from LA to Tokyo had been suspended by Singapore Airlines. Their gate supervisor stated that Flight Guru did not complete the process. We have been delayed by a day, incurred added expenses and the alternate flight is not as convenient and takes us to a different airport which is not near our hotel.In checking on our return flight to PHX, we are also being inconvenienced with an additional stop, much less convenient travel and a very long layover in LAX on the last leg to PHX. In over 60 years of extensive travel, this is the worst experience ever!!.Throughout this ordeal, our agent, Chris Acosta, kept telling us he couldn't do any better due to the added cost involved! We did nothing wrong. These circumstances were caused by Flight Guru and a much better effort should have been done to correct the problems.
I call and left a message regarding my coming flight confirmation and she return my call and solved the problem instantly thank you Claire R keep it up you do a great job Flight Guru is the one when you need everyone go for Flight Guru when you need a ticket and good service too thank you Claire! Everything was great. First I thought it was a scam reading all these reviews.. I can’t say nothing but good things. We purchased 3 tickets and it took like 6 hours to get the tickets. I was trying to call them..the line was always busy. But you have a options of stay in line or they will call back. After 2 hours they called me back. We got our tickets within 6 hours. I don’t know why but the tickets are really cheap.We spent half of the money what the tickets usually cost.
