The good news is they answer the phone.The bad news is the prices are lies.Website for fixed dates 20/10 Uk to Mumbai back 12/11 Bangkok to Uk £394 the price when phoned up £597. On line carriers price £450. There advise book with the carrier. Correct answer.
I book a flight from flight guru with the manager alan,to jamaica for the 5th of January to Bury my grandmother and was meant to leave on the 15th to go to miami to visit my Terminally ill mom and I should leave on the 19th of January to back to London. On the 14 I went to book in and realise my booking has change. I am not able to visit my mom and it will only be a transit through miami to London on the 19th. Alan has been very unprofessional and I have been having issue with the booking from day one at one point I called Alan so much that he was refusing to take my calls. I am struggling with ptsd and anxiety with psychotic features and also fluid on my brain, I did not have any plans to be in jamaica after the 15th so now I am broke and my health is deterioration plus I have a 3 year old child. Flight guru dont understand the detriment of what they have done to me and my family. I have use them before and had no problem and I even recommend them to a few people but after how I have been treated I dont think nobody should use this agency.
Just book 2 roundtrip flights to Europe online after 10 minutes my phone ring guy from FlightGuru calling saying my price has change.I said how come I just book for this price and guy said price go up. How the F price go up if I alredy give you all info and CC number. I told him to cancel my reservation.They are scammers.
This company Flightguru. Is a thief a shammer . They do not record voice conversations. I have no proof of the things said over the phone. If you must deal with these criminals only do it via email.This has been going on since the 5th February 2020. Everyone I have spoken to other then Alex have left the company . Even the head of the claims department I have just been notified has left in the middle of trying to sort my claim out. I was told whilst they was looking at my claim I didn't need to do anything as it would be sorted out for me.Well today I was told that due to his leaving everything he said is worthless .and as I didn't pay for keeping the bookings open my account is now closed .I have just waved over £3,000 down the toilet. So please take note never have a important conversation over the phone Email only . This is the only way you're have the proof you will need if anything goes wrong.
Under fictitious names such as Kevin, these are the lowest of the Indian diaspora. Once they lure you with low deposits/low-price tickets, the scammers truly start to screw the customers financially and harras as a consequence. Their M.O. becomes clearer once you go through several reviews. Do your due diligence before you talk with these fraudsters and save your money and aggro!
Does this company really exists? I ordered a ticket from London and the airline has no records of me being on the flight! I also tried to email them without a response AND the when I phoned they do not recognize the order number, phone number, email address and there appears to be no live agents present.
Booked in February for a flight to Italy. Received confirmation from carrier Lufthansa early on but when I went to check in a day before flight, 8/24/23, there was no record, no flight, no itinerary matching my info.Unable to reach Flight Guru, or Booking Vault who’s company name that shows on my charges of over $2100. I will be reporting these scammers to authorities, Better Business Bureau, FBI, Consumer affairs and social media!
