Bus Departed Early, Causing Issues

Yesterday, my friend and I planned to return from Brussels to Lille, but the bus had already left! It was scheduled for 21:10, but it departed early at 20:49! We had no choice but to book the next bus at 22:05 and pay an extra 80 euros. This experience was extremely frustrating; I won't be using this service again!

Unreliable and negligent service.

I booked a 3 a.m. airport bus but received a cancellation notice at midnight. There was no contact number available. Only use this service if you enjoy stress and panic. They offered to reschedule or refund, but a midnight cancellation doesn’t help me reach the airport. Very unreliable and negligent.

Awful service, ride cancelled

The most frustrating aspect is that you can’t count on the bus actually arriving. This isn't the first time they’ve cancelled, ruining my plans after a concert. If you’re looking for a gamble, this is fine, but if you need to get somewhere for sure, opt for a train or plane instead.

No updates on lost luggage after 5 days

I haven't received any information about my luggage in 5 working days! Customer service was difficult to contact and unhelpful in assisting me to reach drivers who could have waited a few minutes at the next stop to help me retrieve my forgotten suitcase. In today's technological age, it's frustrating not to have a way to communicate with the bus. Unlike services like Uber or Bolt, where you can directly contact the driver if you forget something, this service lacks that option. I traveled to a different country without my suitcase, and after 5 days, I still have no updates. I will be seeking compensation if it is not returned to me soon.

Extremely poor experience

I had a terrible experience. We arrived early and checked every bus, but ours either didn’t show or had no identifying marks. There was no notice of delays or platform changes. Customer support repeatedly refused refunds with generic responses. This company lacks accountability and professionalism. I cannot recommend them.

Would rate zero stars if possible

I'd give zero stars if I could. The bus was very dirty, and the driver and assistant were rude. They charged me illegally for extra luggage without providing a receipt and threatened to leave me on the highway. Their unnecessary stops caused significant delays. Avoid this service.

Cancelled bus with no notice

They cancelled our bus without notifying us. We waited in the cold and only found out we were waiting in vain. While rebooking is an option, we are still losing money and time. It's frustrating to have to buy new tickets and food while waiting for the next bus. This service has been very disappointing.

Inhumane treatment

After years of using this service without issues, my last two rides were horrific. Drivers were abusive to passengers with disabilities and made questionable stops. It feels like this company is being run unprofessionally now.

Lost suitcase, no updates

I haven't received any information about my luggage in 5 working days! Customer service was hard to reach and unhelpful in contacting drivers to retrieve my forgotten suitcase. In today's tech-savvy world, not being able to communicate with the bus is frustrating. I traveled without my suitcase and have received no updates. I will seek compensation if it is not returned soon.

Never using this service again

After a 1 hour 45 minute delay, their website falsely stated the bus had departed. I received no communication from staff and was denied a refund. The staff were rude and condescending. I would never recommend this service and will not use it again.
