Inhumane , unreliability, which appears to be deliberate business practice of non caring to make pro

On the outbound trip the bus driver switched the air conditioner off for an hour and half on the border , we thought we’d pass out from the heat , nobody was allowed off , no windows , the driver can lock the toilet or control the lights , at will the passenger has no control at all over this … we girt our hands digging in our bags trying to find things we needed ( it’s many hours ) in the pitch black We had an old mega bus on the outward bound trip which was extremely uncomfortable seating , Flix bus doesn’t tell you that you need to be very agile at climbing down to this tiny toilet ( if it’s open ) hanging onto bars , the exit door is right next to the toilet with its levers and bars , and it looked like you could push the wrong handle in the dark and fall out of the speeding bus On the return trip we were 10 hours in the border crossing, Flix bus sent bi message or transfer details , basically they didn’t appear to even notice ( trip was 23 hours , 10 hours added on ) I figured out that they would let us down when we finally arrived at the last bus stop before the airport Which they did , the toilet was shut at the bus station and we walked to taxi to take us to the airport , we felt very unwell this point Every trip in the Flix bus left us feeling sickFlix bus tried to say they couldn’t find our trip when we sent them all of the details including their own email ( their phone Number doesn’t work ( Finally when we were home we contacted Flix and they said they’d only refund if we’d used a secondary bus rather than a taxi , we couldn’t take anymore And our aim was to survive , Flix refunded £1.80 a joke for this highly unpleasant trip of 100s of pounds It’s cheaper than other transport but if you want to get to your destination in one piece and there at all we strongly recommend researching anything else you can find ; if you must use this bus plan for stopover gaps especially before a plane ; and make sure your health is very good Do not believe what Flix bus says ; we found sections of the trip with 10 hours of the toilet locked on the bus and unable to get out and boiling bus not able to get out and the pitch black bus ; hanging into the side of the toilet stairs by the exit door on the dark surreally cruel , inhumane even . Animals should be treated better Fortunately we figured out to arrive a day before our flight so despite all of this we booked into the pre booked airport hotel and caught our flight the next day We will never use this appalling service again Short trips may see more satisfied customers who don’t know about the long haul issues but the lack of any accountability or even noticed our Flix bus was delayed 10 hours would make us avoid the company for any purpose

Unreliable service, poor communication, no customer support

The company has newly set up in Australia, hoping to compete with our current established ones. I arrived at my departure point 15 minutes early. Only to find the bus had already left, 30 minutes before it was scheduled. No notification text, no email. No communication at all, at any point in time. A significant failure in the one service they are meant to provide. Contacted customer service and they provided generic dismissive responses, not addressing the issue. Refused a refund despite not having offered the bare minimum service in exchange for my money. Stick to the other companies Murray's and Greyhound. Established service, reliable, has customer support. None of which Flixbus have demonstrated.

The driver was rude to passengers…

The driver was rude to passengers before we got on the coach. The person in front reclined his seat so it was on my knees and swore at me when we asked him to move. Therefore I was squashed for 5 hours. My tray was on a slant so nothing stayed on it. Will never use them again.

Rude drivers on UKN10 route

We boarded the UKN10 bus to Glasgow and encountered rude drivers who insisted we load our own luggage despite safety concerns raised by other staff. This is not how customers should be treated. I will not be using this service again.

Great driver experience

The driver was fantastic and kept us entertained. He even provided free water and made sure we were comfortable. He adjusted the air conditioning for our comfort. A great experience overall!

Complete lack of accountability

This service caused a 2.5-hour delay and gave me only 45 minutes notice while I was already on my way to the bus station. How does an 8 a.m. bus get delayed by such a long time? They even tried to charge me extra for rebooking. I don't understand why a full refund isn't possible when the service was not provided.

Worst experience of my life!!!!

Worst experience of my life!!!!The driver never picked me up from my designated bus stop — he sped right past me. I then had to drive into town with a newborn. When I complained, I was met with, “As long as you arrived, there’s nothing we can do.”Secondly, I was given incorrect information by a customer service agent, which led me to cancel my already-booked 8:00 PM ticket and rebook for 1:05 PM. The agent never informed me that the new ticket was for a different station, which caused me to miss that bus as well and left me unable to use my original 8:00 PM ticket.When I called customer service again, I was met with zero empathy — just blame and no sense of responsibility.If this is the kind of experience you want to have, then by all means, book with them.

Horrible service and trip

A night bus from Strasbourg to Paris stopped us for 3 hours in Besançon without letting us know nor inform us in advance about a “ technical “ issue and the driver ( impolite old man ) kept yelling at people for asking about the progress. Instead of providing almost 50 passengers with a second bus as an alternative they made us wait almost 3 hours for a technician who was not capable of identifying the issue not to mention the not working usb charging ports so in case of an emergency your phone is dead and I took the TGV to go to Paris and left them.Conclusion: please avoid this company at all costs just because they provide cheap trips does not mean they get to treat clients like total crap. Avoid it and do not give them a single penny
