I am pleased with FloSports Support Team. My issue is involving a refund with respect to a discount I was offered after payment was made. The team was professional, responded to my issue immediately, and resolved the matter quickly. I am awaiting my refund and trust that FloSport will follow through and honour their commitment.

Worst app

Worst app. I’ve encountered since I bought this iPhone 3 years. Took 2 hours using 3 different browsers to finally get my subscription accepted. Start watching button would not light up. Hard to cast or airplay. Start well before your game time. Very temperamental. Large amount of additional offers to be dismissed after you sign up before you get to your game. Worst sports app I’ve downloaded so far. Actually worst overall app

Audio

I subscribe to FloHockey primarily to watch AHL games. My chosen platform to watch is Firestick. As a non USA resident I watch game replays due to time difference. Very frustrating there is no audio on the replays. Contacted customer services one week ago said they were aware of the problem and working on it.Still no joy. Sort it please.

Cancelation

FloHockey MAKES IT RIGHT!

FloHockey is a stand up company. My subscription got somehow mixed up and auto renewed but I couldn't find the email. They found it cancelled and refunded me. Very best service I have received in a long time.
