Subscription question resolved!!

I explained the issue and my question to the agent. I didn’t even have to ask about potential resolutions. They replied back with an easy solution that worked perfectly for me. And I didn’t have to do anything else. They made the correction and adjustment on my account and explained everything. No follow up needed!!

Checking on Discount Opportunity

I contacted FloSports to take advantage of a discount being offered to season ticket holders. I was already getting a 20% Discount so couldn't take advantage of it but the agent was very cordial in explaining the situation to me and getting back to me promptly.

This is a scam

This is a scam, you pay for service but they do not deliver and in the terms and conditions they say that they do not guarantee service so you pay but don't get service and there is nothing you can do about it. Unfortunately, they are the only ones that say they show SA rugby in the US but don't be fooled as they do not really provide the service

I watched my nephew play hockey on FLO…

I watched my nephew play hockey on FLO for at least one and maybe two seasons of hockey and it was easy to subscribe, easy to use and easy to cancel which I appreciate because often you get the runaround with trying to cancel subscription, but obviously the only time you want this subscription is when you’re watching your loved ones playing

Amazing Customer Service

My son is a high school wrestler and wanted to check out other HS wrestling matches so he signed up for FloWrestling. He accidentally signed up for an annual subscription instead of monthly, which we preferred at first to make sure he gets usage of it. We contacted Customer Service and they were immediately responsive via email (like within minutes!). They were able to help us with a solution (again within minutes!). Still waiting to see how much my son uses the subscription, but so far he likes it and I can attest to the amazing customer service experience we've had with FloSports.

Just changed from monthly to annual…

Just changed from monthly to annual subscription and had a small technical issue. Tori was quick to respond and had the issue fixed within the hour. Always have great service when dealing with the group.
