Issue was resolve very Quickly.. Very happy as when I sent in request said response in 24hrs, that made me very un-happy as I need to watch a game today.. Tori replied with in i think 10 minutes and I know there was a issued with the feed and I might not get to watch game, but she said they were aware and working on it.it was working within the 1/2 and I am currently watching the Game I wanted to watch.. I wish there was a number to call, as I am old school, but It worked out great. thanks, Tori

Sign in issues

I had an issue with signing in after I had paid for a subscription. The FloSports agent worked with me through several iterations of "Try this" and finally got me able to view my desired sports. I was impressed at how timely was the agent's response and the fact that they hung with the issue until resolved....all through emails. Great work!!
