I was at a loss, thinking I already signed up and ready to watch the first playoff game.Mark was able to walk me through the process and discovered I was not actually signed up. He was thorough and patient. I felt I could contact him if not successful in signing up.

Terrible customer service. Thought I canceled my service a year ago. Notice a $130 charge to my credit card. I contact them and request them to refund because I didn’t authorize discharge. They refuse to refund the entire amount. Don’t give this company your money.
