This company monopolizes leagues, making it the only option to stream games. Yet, every few games, the stream fails. Imagine preparing for a game, only to have the stream cut out right before it starts. The frustration is unbearable! When I contact support, I always get the same response: they are aware of the issue. Many families are paying monthly fees, yet the service frequently fails with no accountability or refunds. It’s disheartening that there are no alternatives for teams to use other services. This monopolistic approach needs to be addressed!
Customer service is nearly non-existent. The feeds constantly have technical issues. I mistakenly thought I signed up for a trial month, but ended up with a year subscription and no refund. Trying to watch a game is a nightmare. My grandson plays football, and during one game, the stream switched to a practice session. What a disaster!
FloHockey is the most expensive TV streaming platform that exists. It’s $200/year and it’s limited to one WiFi connection. In order to watch our son play we had to buy 3 accounts (1 for us, 1 for each grandparent) for a total of $600. My other son is away at school and can’t watch unless we buy another account. There are no other options other than monthly. You can’t even just watch one game or pay for one team. Furthermore, the platform we used in the past was CHL TV which was fantastic and never really had any issues. So far this year FloHockey has been a mess…no volume, no replays, listening to commentators talking when there is supposed to be commercials, viewing a screen that clearly is a Windows screen with icons that they are streaming from. On top of that, their customer service doesn’t read their emails properly and simply sends a generic response. You’d think with all the growing pains of absorbing HockeyTV and now CHL TV that they’d at least work with their new clients. Pure greed is just going to force people to find other ways to watch their favourite team.
Flosports is terrible, horrible, and the worst service I have ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. There is no way to get someone on the phone. They do not respond to support requests, and there is no way to renew a subscription. Try renewing a subscription on a phone, tv, and firestick with no success. HOW DOES ONE RENEW A SUBSCRIPTION? They are too big and do not care about the customers because you have to use them if you want to watch your kids games. I hope they go our of business.
I bought Flo College to be able to watch my University play football. The first week they had technical difficulties. The second week they said the game was complete at 7:07pm when the game started at 7:00pm. I showed them a screenshot, and asked for a refund for my subscription as they have not provided the service I paid for. They continuously ignored my request and told me I was using the wrong internet...even though you could see I was using Google Chrome in the picture I sent. This company has stolen my money and refuses to give it back.
