Once again, I'm let down from Flow Sports. Watching a lacrosse game between Coker vs. Mars Hill, and they lose the feed for the third and fourth quarter. Paying good money for a service. I would expect to get that service. This is my first and last year subscribing, which is very shameful that they can put out a subpar service and charge so much. As we live far from the school and this was really the only way to see our son play. Having very poor service for this and other games this year it has been a very frustrating experience. I think flow should of figured this out before they start charging money. If possible figure out other options to see the games as this will be a very frustrating and costly experience if you experience what I have experience this year.
Track Wrestling support team help me with my problem in no time. In the 6+ years our team has used Track for our tournaments and scrambles, I have been very impressed with the customer support Track Wrestling has to offer, easily the best in the business!
First of all, I was very surprised that someone returned my email so quickly on a Thursday night! I inadvertently signed up for flohockey using the email on my laptop and I could not log in no matter what I tried. Very simple issue but they handled my issue so quickly and within an hour I was able to watch the game.
My original subscription with FloSports was completed using my previous long-time used internet browser.Swtiched browsers. Updated my FloSports information with edits for my new email address and new password. Update failed.Contacted Flo Customer Service for help. 3 or 4 attempts by Customer Service to correct the problem failed. Their system simply recognized me as a new customer and asking me to sign up and pay again. Just got tired of the same type of fix: FloSports temporary password to login, update the password, and then perform your login again, yet still faced with the same problem.I just finally sent and email to delete my account information and requested that they make sure that the auto renewal was deactivated.Lost 6 months of an an already paid in full account with no refund for April 2025 to September 2025.What I also should do is contact the CAA and the university that I graduated from that's a member of the CAA to tell them the issue I had with FlowSports.And no refund for what happened with my account? Disappointing..
$30 a month for a consistently poor streaming experience. I’ve used the app many different times and it’s always the same issue. You can count on buffering, freezing, cutting in and out, delayed audio, or just no audio at all. Doesn’t seem to matter which game or event you tune into. Save your money.
So you pay for streamimg service but then it is not available in your country, is it not the point of online streaming service??? and you only find out after the fact, they wont refund money, scam bags, be aware if you in the States, you will not see any cycling events even with VPN.
