We paid $20 to watch our son play and the experience was sub par. The audio was ahead of the video and we had to listen to a conversation being carried on during the entire match. Very annoying and we had to watch commercials on top of that. Would not recommend this app!
I had a great experience with FloGrappling's support team. My requests were promptly addressed, and the responses were immediate. They efficiently handled my issue, and my request was fully met. The company is honest and reliable, and I highly recommend it to other consumers.
I accidentally signed up for the wrong subscription. The Flo customer service person I needed up dealing with was quick to respond to my need to change my subscription. I was offered a reasonable refund. I wish all customer service companies were this good. 10/10
Be careful. FloSports has been charging me for two years even though I have not used their service. Watch out and check your credit card carefully. If you think you are signing up for a trial and never used their service after that date, they will bill you the rest of your life without any notice or communication. And if you try to get a refund, they play hardball. Get your attorney ready.
I gave one star for review because it didn’t give me an option for zero stars, I signed up with Flo College/ Sports in order to watch my grandsons baseball games with the University of Scranton. Was able to watch his first 2025 game for 4 innings with relatively no problems other then to many adds, some during play & no audio at times. After 4 innings it was impossible to watch. Streaming was lost numerous times & every time it came back it was at least 2 innings behind. While setting up account with Flo College/Sports they want your payment method immediately, either by yearly or monthly payment. What they don’t tell you during this process is they don’t give refunds for any reason ( poor service, very poor & unprofessional business, horrible streaming service ). Any positive reviews of there service more than likely are phonies written by their own employees. My advice to anyone trying to use rotten services of this company & experiencing problems is to make a complaint to the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Flo Collage/Sports address is 301 Congress Ave, Austin , Texas, 78701.Also contact the particular team Conference of whatever sport you are attempting to watch through Flo College/Sports & complain about their terrible services & deceitful practice of not letting people know they offer no refunds until after they already have your payment . Good luck to all dealing with the clowns who run this terrible & totally unprofessional company.
I was watching a game that was a must win for our team and every 20 seconds or so there was a commercial during live play. Obviously not what we were expecting and quickly became frustrating. I contacted support on a Saturday night, and to my surprise, I received an answer and the problem was resolved relatively quickly.
