Great service.
Reviews on Tripadvisor are not the best, and it seems these guys are trying to make up for it.
I got off-peak time flight for 99$. There is approx 60$ more for tax. But...
Excellent service, no "bad mood" or unprofessional staff.
Front desk agent - she offered double flight time option for 100$, instead of 200$ as is the web price.
IF you get a heli with 3 person bench, and you came alone, you will not get a central seat. My heli was 2+2 config, all door seats. I got to sit as a copilot.
Mickey "the intro guy" is amazing. Very funny, yet keeping it natural.
Pilot Michael - very professional yet relaxed.
All are very focused on communicating safety standards.
Kudos to all of them.

We had the most amazing experience. Everything was so well organised and planned, Micky was lovely and so reassuring. We had seen bad reviews online when we booked this but pls do not let these put you off. If you read the instructions provided when you book everything is perfect, those complaining clearly haven’t done this. If you want to see New York in the best way possible, mae sure you book this trip!
The flight gave us a view on Manhatten from Hudson river East river and Central Park. With the seat option I was able to sit near a window that could be opened. So I had great opportunities for shooting photo’s. Die to the low temperatures around 32F or 0C flying with doors of was no option
Had a very bad experience with this company. First they canceled our flight because of weather and gave us vouchers to rebook within a year. When we came back to book they had us pay an additional $200 just to rebook because of “surge prices” (our original tickets were $600+). Then when we are finally going to do our flight the day before at 5:30pm they sent me an email letting me know that my flight time had been moved to 1h earlier. They didn’t call me or text me to let me know of the change (even though they had been texting me before other trip updates), so as most people especially being on vacation I wasn’t checking my emails, so I only found out about the change at 1pm on the day of the flight so we had to change all of our itinerary and move things around to be able to make it, which naturally caused us to be late. We arrived at their facility at 5:50pm instead of 5:25 (our flight time was 6:25pm but they want you to be there over an hour earlier). At that point the guys in the front desk told us because we were late our only option was to pay another $200+ to be upgraded to a longer flight. We argued we didn’t want any upgrade, we just wanted our flight or a refund and they were very drastic and with no intention to help. They lied about having called me and when they tested it in front of me they were dialing a number wrong so they never actually called me. The whole thing is a scam. They cancel flights for no reason if they want to, then charge you a fee when you rebook it, then change the time of the flight without giving you much notice and then try to charge you again. Nevertheless because we didn’t give in they gave us our 16mins flight after arguing for 20 mins. It turned out to be a 10mins flight in an old helicopter, so bottom line this wasn’t worth it at all. Almost $1000 spent for 10mins in the air, and the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.
Truly recommend this during a stay in New York City. We took the 30 min flight and it was really worth it since we got time to hover over central park and a good amount of flight time with the very experienced pilot Adam who made our trip safe and fun. Everything from check in to safety instructions were proffesionally made and the facility clean and felt new.
