FMG handled the repairs to my car speedily and their communications were excellent. The quality of the repair is excellent. My only niggle was that the auto hold feature had been switched off when the car was returned, which could have caused an accident had I not spotted it.
Nothing negative, but I hope I never need them again ☺️. Having said that if there is a correct was to handle a situation after an accident then FMG do it and do it right.Exceptional communication and updates, answered all my questions and in a courteous and timely manner.Quality of the work was exceptional.
Referred to FMG via my insurers. From start to finish just an exceptional level of customer service, covering speed of vehicle assessment, courtesy car provision, speed and quality of repair work and not to mention a fab car wash and inside valet. This included finding our lost spare fob key and returning our car to our address and picking up the courtesy car. On top of that regular progress text updates. Bravo FMG, outstanding and no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else.
My car was hit by a third party and AXA assigned Fmg to manage repair. Because i want my car repaired at the manufacturers approved body repairer, they want me to obtain estimates and deliver car at my expense. Maybe I have it wrong, but to me this is part of managing the repair. Don’t deal with this company, they want you to do their job.
Horrendous experience that’s still on going.Haven’t had a working car since November 2022 due to their incompetence.All could’ve been avoided if someone took the time to cover a broken window! Avoid using them, court and the ombudsman are my only options left as all they do is lie.
Horrendous experience, been dealing with this company for 18 months. Despite admitting full liability for vehicle accident they have failed to settle claim.Have obfuscated at every stage of claim. Have failed to lodge and respond to formal complaint and have not responded to any emails in the last two and a half months.
