Although it took a very long time to get the parts to fix my car, I was really happy at how quickly they were able to get the bodywork fixed on my car. Just in time so I could have it back before the bank holiday weekend! And it was lovely and clean. Thank you :)
After a delay getting through to RAC as my insurer's. Due to their system being down? The process of getting my damaged vehicle back to how it was before my accident was helped by FMG and Smart Vehicle Repairs. FMG were very efficient in communicating with David, at Smart and he was able to get the vehicle back to me looking great within 10 days of the accident. Great job by all the team at FMG. Thanks for all your assistance
Very easy to deal with and arrange my repair. Courtesy car provided was of good quality. Repair was quicker than that estimated and of very high standard. All employees interacted with were polite, pleasant and professional in their jobs.
Stay far away from this company. They are unreliable and untrustworthy.Difficult to contact, slow to respond to queries, and reluctant to give updates about your vehicle. They will pay out and then return your vehicle with more damage than it originally had and then refuse to pay for the extra damage. Totally unprofessional, I wish I had never allowed them to touch my vehicle .After waiting months for my complaint to be dealt with, I have received a response that has told blatant lies, hasn’t addressed all of my issues and overall wasn’t worth reading. My advice to anyone involved in any incident involving ASDA, do not let this company get involved with the repair of your car. Go through your own insurance!!! It’s shocking that it was an Asda van that hit my vehicle while it was parked and I’m the one that has been inconvenienced. This company has no conscious, morals or values. They have done nothing but cause headaches and stress for the last 3 months. Take my advice and stay away!!!!
Terrible company in my experience taking an absolute liberty.If you are offered this company’s services in a car accident claim don’t waste your time.My car was damaged on Asda premises 8 months ago and FMG said they would provide a replacement hire vehicle while my car was in repair and sort everything out. What a joke, 2 months since FMG took over the claim have passed and absolutely nothing sorted. FMG didn’t have a repairer in my area who could do the job and in order to get a replacement hire vehicle they wanted my bank details. Not happening like!.When I eventually tried to arrange a replacement hire vehicle was just left on hold for over an hour and never got through. No reply to emails and you won’t get through on phone. Don’t want to give this company a single star but you know how it works here.Avoid this company at all cost.
