On October 18, 2025, my vehicle was struck by a negligent driver while parked safely. Initially, despite having CCTV evidence, the service attempted to deny liability. After several days, they finally provided a hire car. However, the collection of my vehicle was mishandled, leading to additional damage. Following many disputes, it was confirmed that the vehicle was written off for an amount that seemed suspicious. The representative misrepresented multiple facts, and an investigator later verified my claims. The damages occurred while in the service's possession, along with misleading statements from their total loss team. After numerous attempts to reason with their team, it became clear that this situation required escalation to an ombudsman. I strongly recommend that anyone facing a total loss situation engage an investigator and be cautious with the representatives involved.

FMG handled the repair to my car with professionalism, transparency and efficiency. The repair was excellent, my car was collected and returned to my driveway. The courtesy car arrived on my driveway the same evening as the incident. There was minimal paperwork I had to do as it was all taken care of by the other parties involved. All in all it was a stress free perfect repair. Thank you to all staff involved! I'm impressed!
