Just had my car repaired at FMG Newton abbot very pleased with the work carried out but the only problem was they give you a link to follow on daily progress on repair BUT it doesn't work so had to phone them up for progress other then that excellent service
Fantastic service!! Promptly looked at the car to provide estimate and order parts in. I was advised that there was a lengthy delay for the repairs to be done. As I required a courtesy car but this seems to be the norm at the moment. However, as I'm selling my car next month they managed to get me a car within a few weeks. My car was then repaired within the agreed 5 days and returned washed and vacuumed.The staff couldn't have done any more to assist me.
Took 2 weeks to collect my car and then took it to Devon as this was the nearest garage available ( I live in Cornwall ) they then told me that I untitled to a curtesy car due to being out of their catchment area !!! The issues just carried on from very bad to disgustingly ridiculously bad ….. shame on you Tesco Car insurance for contracting this company…. People of Cornwall be especially careful as Tesco don’t have any repair shops in our county !!!!!
