Got hit by an asda van in September 22 , got a call from Ellie Mason from fmg telling me they can sort it out quicker than my own insurance!! Wish I never bothered with these scum bags . Car went in for repair which they fmg agreed in November 2 months after being hit , my garage dude got the work done straight away as was agreed by fmg and has only just been paid by these con men yesterday 23rd May 2023 There customer service is a joke , they pretend they haven't received anything and lie constantly. If my garage guy wasn't constantly ringing them and emailing them I don't think he would of been paid . Also had to threaten taken legal advice against them which seemed to work . 8 mths since I was hit!! 6 months for payment to garage. Shockingly incompetent company and know one knows what there doing . Ellie Mason and a guy called Joseph, thought he was OK at first but just as bad as the rest in the end , ignored emails . STAY AWAY FROM FMG !!!!!!
