I had high hopes for these platinum blonde deluxe 20" seamless clip-ins (200g) from Foxy Locks, but they have been a disappointment. Despite having them for less than a year and only wearing them a handful of times, they are already in poor condition. The hair tangles easily and feels synthetic, akin to plastic, rather than the real human hair they’re advertised as. This is my second purchase from Foxy Locks, and I've noticed a significant decline in quality compared to my first set (Latte Blonde 18”) bought in 2019. The previous set lasted three years with frequent use, which makes the current set's performance even more disappointing. The clips are another issue. They have rounded tongs that easily lose their grip and either slide out or feel as if they're pulling my hair. I initially thought it might be an issue with my hair, but they don't even hold on to each other. Considering I spent $200 on these clip-ins, I'm extremely disappointed with their performance and the fact that I've barely been able to wear them.
I’ve tried a fair share of companies out there and the quality of FoxyLocks definitely beats them all. I wanted to wear them for a bit and get a wash in before I leave a review because the first wash will always reveal the quality of the extensions and I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting them to start having that slight dryness to them like with every other extensions I’ve had before but these had the same shine and softness that they did when fresh out the box. I also had to dye them before giving them a wash and that did not affect the quality which was nice. I bought clip-in extensions and they sit nice and flat and they do not pull at the hair. The delivery was also fast and no complaints
I have had a great experience with Foxy Locks for years. They offer excellent extensions and a wide range of colours, which is perfect for me as a blonde. Recently, I encountered an issue when I accidentally selected the wrong delivery option, and it had just passed the delivery cut-off before I realised. Fortunately, Brigit was able to assist me straight away, and I received my hair extensions on time the next day when I needed them – fantastic customer service and really helped me out for a last minute event! Would highly recommend and will continue to use again.
