Hair is matted and un usable after a few months. And apparently this is considered normal by foxylocks, as they state hair should last approximately 3 months. Customer service team is comical. Their hair used to last YEARS...(social media shows I'm not the only one with the same matted issue) don't recommend, save your money.
Horrendous company ! Sent me a clip in ponytail which didn’t match my hair so I sent it back - they admit receiving it back however said box was opened so won’t be refunding . I would think the box would need to be opened to check hair colour ! Have stolen over 200£ from me and I have NOTHING to show for it . Disgusting company that have stolen from me ! They also said hair was used - IT DIDNT MATCH MY HAIR I COULD NOT USE IT ! Any excuse to keep my 250£ !!!! THEIFS !!! I did no use the hair as it wasn’t the right colour for me ! Scammers !!
I’m honestly really disappointed. An instagram influencer recommended this brand. I have been trying new extensions from different places. I ordered the platinum blonde and they were more of a silver/ purple ash color. I opened the box to put up to my hair to see if the color would match and then was told I couldn’t return them if the extensions were tampered with. You also have to pay fo return which is pointless. Won’t order from here again
