Not as advertised, synthetic hair

I don't normally write negative reviews but these extensions are by far the worst I've ever bought my latte blonde extensions turnt up with 100's of black synthetic fibres, I purchased for an event & the stylist refused to put them in as he only works with human hair.After several messages emails 20+ photos with them stating over & over they only sell 100% human hair I was 'granted a return for inspection' I sent the hair back at further cost to myself & was then contacted by the company with more questions I'd like to point out that I'd recieved them the afternoon on Saturday & contacted them 1st thing Sunday morning & feel if I hadn't been so quick in identifying the synthetic hair I would of been stuck with these unusable extensions. I have now been refunded but this was a time consuming process & the company have admitted that synthetic fibres were found in the sets, therefore clearly not human hair and of very poor quality, do not waste your money, I've been buying hair for years & have never felt so duped by a misleading website.
