Good luck reaching someone and getting a answer on a billing question.

The actual service itself is good but if you have to reach someone good luck which is why I gave a 1 rating. It's easier to reach someone at Xfinity and get an answer than what I currently just went through. A charge of $5.75 was billed and I was trying to figure out what it was for. After an hour of the endless AI help or "See this article" I was about to cancel my service from frustration. I finally reached a customer service rep and explained the amount I was charged is different than what my subscription says is due. There is not an invoice to match up what is due and what was charged and paid. I was told they don't do invoices with the amount due and he could not explain why the amounts were different. I asked for a supervisor and was told none available. So here I am wasting my time and hopefully someone from the company will reach out to me and explain why the amount due is different from what I was charged.

Fubo subscription refund honoured 

I signed up with a subscription for Fubo thinking that I could use it to watch a playoff hockey game. I realized after I subscribed that it was not broadcasting the hockey game. I wrote a letter to see if I could get a refund as I didn’t use the service at all. The representatives were both professional and timely, and resolved my refund immediately I highly recommend Fubo as a company and will think about using them again if I will plan to watch more sporting events in the future.

Long time user of Fubo

Long time user of Fubo. Will never use again. Needed to cancel it for a short time and the account purposely makes it almost impossible to do so. It also gives the user the impression you have canceled until you get billed again. Was planning on re-subscribing in the future but as "We do not refund for any reason" I will not be. Could have had a customer for many years in the future but they chose $100 over a customer.
