Scam company

Scam company. Make it impossible to cancel. My cancellation didn’t go through and they proceeded to charge me $110.95 for a single month. When expressing my concerns to the customer service agent, she explained that a refund isn’t possible. Beware that they will take your money without remorse.

The agent was great and answering my questions but I am not pleased with your streaming service as you do not offer Family Sharing where the family members can view on TV. I will not be going with your service due to this and I'm sure if you would offer this service you would receive many more members.

Fubo is dirty…tried to take off some add on’s they try to make you pay a full months bill just to remove STARZ from your add on’s …mind you my normal bill was just paid yesterday

Fubo will charge you even when your account is paused for over a month. I paid for January, paused the account in January, and they tried sneaking in a charge for service in March. Once they have your credit card, they will use it, even if your account is paused.

This is the scam of scams

This is the scam of scams! $119 a month to receive poor programming that buffers out 80% of the time and a non existing customer service that consists of an answering system that takes you on an endless selection of options that go no where. Their trial charges you IMMEDIATELY on your credit card, and then it is impossible to talk to anyone. They are LITERALLY stealing from people and no one does anything about it.
