Sad software design

The channels don't get updated in real time always show a previous program..frustrating when you are trying to select a program...the other day it kept stopping during video broadcasting, but it kept recording the program?....QA department needs an overhaul..

I paused my subscription to FUBO but they failed to honor that.

I have been a subscriber to FUBO streaming since 10/12/2023, on PREPAID quarterly basis. Their website offers users an option to pause a subscription for 1, 3, or 6 months - user's choice. Back in early December timeframe I paused service until 20 APR 2025. My latest Visa statement shows that they made a charge for $300.51 on 01/20. I phoned to request a refund because I had paused service. The agent said they had no record of the pause and refused to make any refund. I told them to cancel my account and advised that I would put this latest charge in dispute.

Pros good for full plan but very costly.Cons. For basic plans is bad example the sports is just the name not variants on the schedule, some time 5 channels transmit the same game in the same language why?

You can talk to a person when you need help

I signed up for fubo and couldn't get it on my husband's tv. Tried for quite awhile with no success. I need to talk to a person when I need help. I was connected to Stacy very quickly after going through a lot of computer talk on the phone. She understood my issue, figured out the problem very quickly and resoled the problem. I dropped another streaming app because I couldn't talk to a person to resolve the problem.

I Love FUBO TV!

FUBO is a great company! Their service is excellent. And when I needed to temporarily cancel my subscription - because football season is over - they made it easy to do.
