Signed up for the free trial. When I canceled on day 5 I recieved an email stating my subscription would end in 25 days, implying I had signed up for regular service and would be charged. I contacted customer service several times and was repeatedly left on hold, disconnected or never connected with and agent (chat). When I finally made contact through email I was told there was no free trial offered, even though it was still currently being advertised on the app and website. I supplied screen shots from when I signed up but was again told the free trial was non existent. I contacted the BBB. They were no help as they no longer investigate complaints like they used to. Fubo customer service continues to try to gaslight me about the free trial. I encourage you not to use this service.
He took care of my current problem, but I hope that the message about the problem is passed on to your computer programmers. There should be a way to delete recording SERIES of shows from "Schedules Recordings". Currently only allows deleting one at a time.
My son did a trial that I didn't know he did. I know he should know better. But I was unaware until I was looking at my bank account and $78 was charged so I contact them and they say they don't do refunds. Also not many options for $78.
Absolute Thieves!I did a Fubo.tv free trial, then cancelled my trial before the end. This was confirmed with a screen saying trial cancelled. Then Fubo charged me for 2 months afterward. $121.97 for the first month and $141.97 for the second month. I did not sign in or use Fubo during any of these predatory charges. When the second charge came through I noticed the charges and called Fubo's customer service. The agent said that they would reimburse the $141.97 charge since it was charged the same day as I called. They however wouldn't reimburse me for the $121.97 charge. Even though this was a technical issue on their end. They claimed they had no record of a cancellation initiated on my end. Technical issues happen, don't make your potential customers pay for your bad software. All Fubo had to do is do what was right and reimburse me for the first charge and I would likely have become a Fubo customer in the future. This is criminal predatory exploitation of people. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THE FREE TRIAL ISN'T FREE!!To Fubo, if you reimburse me for my first wrongful charge of $121.97 I will give you a better review. Until then You're a ZERO STAR company in my book!
After 4 months, I just found out FuboTv will not solve my issue. I have been charged 390.33 after canceling a trial more than a year ago. Their argument is all the information on the system is mine; therefore, Im responsible. Be careful with trials. You could be robbed
