Terrible DVR, horrible customer service

I’ve had Fubo for probably 6 months. Suddenly most of my programs recorded for viewing at a later time on their DVR service just vanished, both on the tv and the Apple app. After 30 minutes of being on hold(pretty standard these days) I spoke with support who had me try a number of things, all of which did no good. Their response “do you remember each show, episode etc?” NO! Who does? They then said sorry but there is nothing they could do. The DVR still shows the same number of hours filled up.No offer of discount, nothing, just sorry. So I have canceled their poor service department

Unethical business practices

This company scammed me, and stole $93 from my bank account claiming I had a subscription. I do not have an account with this company, and am currently disputing the fraud transaction. Stay far away from FUBO TV.

Good selection of channels to watch

Good selection of channels to watch. Great DVR experience. Like the way you can start a program in progress from the start by accessing the grid. One big negative is no ESPN/ABC/Disney sports

I signed up to watch a particular…

I signed up to watch a particular sports event. That event showed up in the program/guide listing and details were accurate. I waited for the time scheduled and then things stalled out and I was not able to watch my desired program. I emailed Fubo and received a very prompt cancellation of the three month renewal. Then I emailed asking for a refund of the initial three month fee which was already paid. Fubo quite promptly refunded that fee and issued a polite apology. I found Fubo to be excellent in responding and resolving the issue very promptly and to my full satisfaction. Will use their services again in the future.

Horrible customer service

Fubo lost the channels I care about and their reaction was to give me a 1 time $5 rebate! No less money for all the channels gone just tough luck for me! Poor customer service and I hope your streaming service goes under because of your lack of consideration for your customers. I will take my money elsewhere!

Best customer support ever

It is not common today to reach out for help with an app and get the positive/dedicated support tech which I received today. He patiently worked through my issue until it was resolved. One hour plus as it was a most unusual case. There should be more support personnel like him!

Losing channels

Left YouTube Tv to get Fubo, however within 2 months several of our favorite channels, HGTV to name one is dropped, also SNY is gone. Again Tbs, Tnt are gone so watching hockey playoffs along with March Madness is missing. Guess the only positive note is we have our local channels, and NESN . Otherwise I would go back to YouTube Tv
