Review Time
I have enjoyed my service previously. I use it for the premier league. Recently my billing schedule had changed without my consent. I did not get billed from March until June when I typically had monthly billing. I noticed a quarterly charge and attempted to cancel 5 days later. They refused because its a "prepaid service". I argued that its been a few days, I have not used the service and my plan was changed without consent. They still disagreed and I disputed, which was resolved in like 10 minutes. I got it reduced to 24.99 as usual but this shady business tactic and their refusal to help has made me never want to use them again.
My issue was promptly addressed as it was related to billing issue. I might add that getting through to a customer service rep is too time consuming. This I don’t need or appreciate. Also, please pay attention to Fubo’s price structure/increases. It is proving me to look to viable alternatives.Thank You for helping out.
