I am big fan of soccer and this morning one of European Championship matches was to be shown on Fubo. So I decided to pay for subscription and was presented with 4 different ways to watch. So being cheapest I subscribed to latino version and sat down to watch. To my horror there was no soccer shown. So I got upset and decided to talk to customer service but I had to wait 1 hour!!! to talk to anyone. They offer chat but it is totally useless. Never again fubo
I started Fubo in 2022 at about $70 a month. I don't watch sports on TV, but rest of channel lineup and dvr were very good. Months later, I get charged $5 more for a few more sports channels I don't use and could not remove.Then a few months ago came the $15 increase for some super sports pkg I can't get rid of. Each time I did customer service thing. They read a script and couldn't make my situation better. A few weeks ago, with no notice, fubo got rid of 12 regular type channels. I watched my dvr slots, got another streaming service that's to my liking for 25% less, and canceled fubo an hour before monthly charge would have gone through. Today I laughed when one of those regional sports packages I was forced to pay for was wiped off of fubo. Probably not the price, though.I am so enjoying my 3 weeks of no fubo hassles.First year=fine. Second year= ridiculous.
This company will do anything possible to avoid solving a problem. They have made some kind of change to how the DVR operates and it has reached a point where I am beyond being patient. I started a conversation with "customer care" on June 16 and I have yet to have a solution. I am told that: "We have received a response from our engineers and they have confirmed that this is indeed a known issue. However, an update will be release in the next few weeks addressing this issue." We are one week short of a month since I first contacted them and there is still no solution--no updates from "customer care" and no solution to the problem.
Easier access to an actual person. let customers know when you have changed how fast forward and reverse work, don't assume we should be able to figure it out. Since we are forced to use the help center make it easier to use - all you get are articles and none were applicable to my situation - i wasted an hour on the website and received no help. actually called back a day later and waited the half hour to get a person. Terrible customer service.
I’m 83 and happy to say that talking to Maro was excellent, informative and easily the best conversation with a technical support representative in any industry that I have ever had reason to call. For example I gave a T-Mobile call center rep a “0” out of “10” yesterday when I thought T-Mobile could fix my problem.I also am very happy that Dani Banbahji was able to get my HOME changed back to Phoenix (Sun City West) from Las Vegas. Having spent close to 5 hours yesterday trying to get the problem fixed, I am delighted that FUBO’s Technical Team were able to fix my issue so quickly.
