Your customer service personnel two…

Your customer service personnel two different women were extremely unprofessional and rude to me. The last woman that was suppose solve the problem didn't resolve my issues. She stated it was my fault for the double charges something about account email linking. She was not listening to the issues of texasturf doube charges attempts and was very incompetent. I told her several times clearly that the account was updated thru your email to me clicking on the orange box and updated payment info. Under the profile there was a different email and the account was operating fine and everything was in order. She didn't listen and was quick to cancel the active account under pkmadden. Mess had to be cleaned up on my part calling my cc company to reactivate account. I called in a second time and had the texasturflandscape account cancelled correctly. I wasted a lot of time on this.

Fubo is scam I ordered the free trial…

Fubo is scam I ordered the free trial through my Roku and they cancelled the subscription the day of They charged me 2 days later.I sent screen shot that wasn't good enough Had Ruko emails me a transcript that they did cancel it.I sent it to Fubo and they still charged me $124.00 and then sent me a email and said Sorry.... Don't do it!!!!!

Horrible "customer sevice"

Horrible "customer sevice". Everything automated doesn't work. Tried to sign up and pay but they didn't take my valid cc. Tried to call, hour wait with no call back option. Can you imagine how bad customer service is for subscribers who have problems or are trying to cancel "free" trial.

CS Re signing off Fubo at rental house.

In a rental house the Visio/Roku TV did not show full screen so sign off was not available. I was able to chat with Fubo customer service and smoothly accomplish the sign off.
