in response to FUBO Dec6:Confusion????- don't let yourself fooled by their answer: its like spin control clock work- the confirmation NEVER appeared on the screen or by email - as a matter of fact my payment was "Denied" twice but I was charged twice-- unknown to me until I saw my bank statement too late to cancel a service I did not have to start with- they keep saying that I should have canceled- how do you cancel when you dont know you are signed up at the first place ??? and a show (US Open tennis final) you never saw???- after opening a dispute w/ my bank, they sent what appears to be a fabricated 3 seconds connection to justify the charge; clearly they had technical issue they don't want to acknowledge and they still refuse to credit me in full - don't subscribe, reading the other reviews they are regularly scamming people by hiding behind their terms and conditions where you basically agree you will pay if don't cancel regardless of what took place (even if you were not able to sign up, did not get confirmation, did not connect or could not watch a thing on their platform !!!- they even acknowledged this was really wrong- I am still waiting for a full refund- that never comes//FUBO service and free trial is a Scam - DONT SIGN UP - - I was NEVER able to connect to US open tennis final (blocked by Disney+)- My sign up in was denied several times, going in circlethen a link and a screen came up (BLANK / NOTHING) - the screen did not show any confirmation or the usual expected welcome - NOTHING - I dropped it and went to see the show a at a friend- So no need to cancel a free trial I never sign up with of to start with, right?- on the eight day i was charged twice!!!credited for one of the 2 charges and refuse to credit the other --- what kind of ethic and BS service is that?- Fubo sent the proof of a 3 seconds long connection (more like a proof that the connection did not work!)- which 4 hours long final lasts 3 seconds ?>> Simple Rule: Dont sign up for a free trial - they will scam you if they can
Fast, friendly service and, best of all, I spoke with an actual human being. A friendly one, who was knowledgeable and helpful. With Xfinity, it is impossible to speak with a live person. After 30-45 minutes of trying, you end up in an online chat. Fubo actually believes in customer service. Please don't ever become like Xfinity!
Return customer. I’m trying to reactivate my account after not using it for two years. I keep getting an error online. I’ve been on the phone with customer service three times today. No one can help. They want me to wait 24-48 hours for a specialist to look at my account. When I nicely tell them I would like to speak to a supervisor they decline and won’t let me. When I tell them I would rather get another streaming service than wait 24-48 hours they don’t care. Interesting business model.Edit: As you can see from their reply. They are unwilling to fix their problem. YouTube TV it is then.
