Fubotv, sucks I Tried to cancel a subscription by phone, I called over 100 time and alway got a busy signal. This is the worst customer service, I ever experienced. I am C.E.O. Of a small company, We have on 75 associates who work in our company. If I provided this type of customer service, I would not have any customers. They make it so difficult to cancel a subscription, I think their business model, to make it so difficult people give up and just pay the money. This has taken over 1-1/2 hour. JUST TO TRY AND CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION TO THEIR SERVICE. Stay far away from the company, they a call crooks. Wade Johnson 303-249-1764.
I signed up during the 7 day free trial. I looked at my bank statement and was charged $95 on the next business day. I called and was told Fubo sometimes changes to a 1 day free trial with no refunds.The fubo search clearly stated a 7 day free trial when I searched after talking to customer service. Bait and switch!!
I signed up for a trial subscription to watch the cowboy- cardinals football game today. I received an email saying that even though it was out of market, I could still watchetc, Which turned out to be false advertising. I called twice to ask for assistance. And both reps kept asking me the same questions over and over again and would not transfer me to a supervisor. When I confirmed that I could not watch the game in my area, I called the third time and canceled my trial.On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the company and their customer service as a 0 and would rate them even lower. Their customer service reps are sorely lacking in people skills and rude.
