NFL bad broadcast,

We were watching the Chiefs and Bears game, it was broadcasting this game, at half time it switched to the Cowboys and Cardinals game, it never switched back, so we did not get to watch our tem play, i contacted FUO and they wanted to me to pay for a technician to help, im already paying 80 bucks for this

Horrible service and dishonest. Family share.."Family Share.The easiest way to share fuboTV with family members. Add Family Share to your account to let three people stream at the same time" What they don't tell you is that only one device can be a TV. Any other has to be a phone or computer. Also, I constantly has to force the app closed because it stops working.

I forgot to cancel my free trial by 2 hours and I chatted with Melanie with customer service. She was quick to respond and refunded my mistake with no questions asked. If we ever fully decide to become cord cutters, we will 100% be using you guys for sports streaming.

I bought the App for EPL mainly. It’s a big disappointment. No sound again today during live game. No way to rewind during live game. They keep losing feed during games. They interrupt live post match interviews with advertisements. DAZN was much better.

I signed up for 7-day trial

I signed up for 7-day trial. I was told at the time that I'd be paying about $11 a month if I didn't cancel. Was informed during sign-up that I'd be notified via email when my trial was soon to be over (a reminder). But this never happened. Surprised when my credit card was hit for $123 today. Not sure if I can get that back, but I cancelled today. It's no better than YouTubeTV and twice as expensive. The only interest I had was they carry some games from the Big Ten Network. Not all.
