Horrible customer service, I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for the past 2 days and haven’t been able to. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 4 days and haven’t been able to and then finally I did and they already charged me $85 for the next subscription and I haven’t been able to get my refund and the service is so overpriced
I have tried for the past 4 days to reactivate my Acct. I have tried several different credit cards to no avail This evening I asked to be escalated to A supervisor and was told that isn’t possible and there was nothing more they could help me withWhy isn’t there a clear escalation process once a situation goes beyond 48 hours.
I signed up for a 7-day free trial via their website. I never got a confirmation email. But the account was set up. My credit card was then charged the next day for the full monthly subscription amount. I contacted container service and was never given an option to speak to a customer service rep. The automated system allowed me to cancel and request a refund, but I have zero in writing confirming this. My account shows cancelled when I try to log, but I now have to take it on faith that they will refund the charge to my credit card in something like 10-14 days. It’s a super shady system.
I was having problems getting my local channels. I live near Houston, but I was getting Oklahoma City channels. After checking several things, it was determined that my Fire Stick was reflecting an incorrect zip code. Ruben at Fubo verified things with the tech dept and was able to reset the zip code. After I logged back into Fubo the correct local channels were showing up.
