Don’t EVER get Fubo!

Don’t EVER get Fubo!! I signed up for a free trial and cancelled my subscription before the trial ended. For some reason, my card got charged almost $100 and when I checked my subscription, it was active. I tried to dispute this with the company, as it was suspicious that I was charged AFTER cancelling. I was stonewalled by customer service, and asked to speak with someone else. I was told I would receive a call from management, and never did. I then tried to dispute this with my credit card company, and of course Fubo disputed this with them and claimed I owed the money, but would not get on the phone with me to explain why my subscription was still active after I cancelled. HORRIBLE company.

I was on a seven day trial and got charged $287 before the trial ended!!I have spent a lot of time trying to get it cancelled and refunded. Trial began 09/16 and billed on the 22nd.

Ordered so I can watch my Buckeyes uninterrupted, no problem with the streaming. My complaint, instead of the $24 trial fee, $481.27 was deducted from my credit card. When I called, was told I have the deluxe package for 3 months, 3 months?????? That's more than my electric bill!! Give me the price up front and let me decide what's best for me, don't hook and crook your way. Disappointed

I was billed for service that I did not want. I thought 30 day trial but he said day trial. My fault. Most companies will email you when time is running out. They did not. He was very understanding, patient and business like.
