Review Time
Don't order anything from this company. Their item pictures are very deceiving and they don't want to give you a refund. I ordered a jacket and the material was an ugly silk material that looked nothing like the picture. They also give you a runaround about sending you a return label stating the cost of sending item back is expensive and will take a long time. They will also offer you a discount instead trying to scam you into ordering another item. They are sophisticated at rejecting your refund and trying to make you order something else!
I read on this string that a fellow ripped-off Funbibi buyer's credit card company credited them for the purchase amount and then reversed their credit when Funbibi submitted their challenge. I saw the Funbibi challenge to Mastercard and they provide a link to their "no returns" policy; however, I provided Mastercard with a screenshot of the Funbibi ad that prominently denotes "Free Returns - Free Global Shipping" and pointed out that they broached their promise. And, I included a link to this very "TrustPilot" forum. Don't give up. It just takes some extra work to provide your bank with the screen shots and a detailed problem description letter. I intended to post my letter and photos to Mastercard but unfortunately this forum does not have a document/photo upload utility otherwise I would - that is how strongly I feel about being ripped off by any company, let alone from China where they evidently have no code of ethics with regard to their marketing photos having and semblance to the actual product that you will receive - let alone not observing that an Asian size "Large" is comparable to an American size "Medium. Even if the product wasn't a low quality insult/joke it wouldn't even have fit. Good luck - hope this helps someone else.
Received order after a month. Everything is cheap looking polyester. Not at all like the pictures on website that look like woven sweater material. The fit was awful, one shirt that was ordered as 3xl fits like a large. Others fit the body but the sleeves are huge. Again not at all like the pictures on the website.
I hope I'll like the final product as I did the photo.WAS NOT HAPPY that I was offered a free product in my email as I was shopping, but couldn't apply it to my cart or select a size - so I had to let it go.Also, it takes time to browse thru all the selections and I didn't appreciate receiving a whole bunch of emails asking me to "return" to my cart to finish shopping.Again, I haven't received the final products yet so I don't know if my size requests or quality of the product will be up to my expectations.I have a feeling that these will not be arriving in time for Christmas [as I haven't received a notification yet], so that will factor in on my return to purchasing from the Website again too.
Fraudulent picture on the website. The Product is a much cheaper and uglier version (thin polyester with poor color pattern printed on) of the picture they show on the website (thick knit clothing). I can upload the pictures of the product if it has the function here.Follow-up:I tried to leave a product review on their website, which was not allowed, given "customers who confirm received this item are allowed to leave a review". Ironically, I logged in with my account with my order record.
