I could not find an option to give them zero stars. These folks are scammers. I had the same ordeal. The website is a bait and switch system. They've got to be stopped. I have shared this with Paypal. Hopefully, they get banned for good. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I will report back with the outcome.Update after reporting this to Paypal resolution center:I shared the website link, photos of the items on the website and the fake items that were sent to me, clearly showing the distinction in each item. I provided details of each item as described on their website and how it differs from the items shipped to me. The seller offered to refund about 50% of the cost of the items. I rejected it and asked Paypal to do the needful as I was not going to accept less of what I paid. Paypal concluded on their case and requested to return the items to the seller and get a full refund. The seller provided a China address. I tried to return the item using the address and the shipping service could not recognize the address. Also, the proposed shipping cost was a little over $80. About 50% of the cost of the items. I informed Paypal and requested for a US address as the package clearly shows that the items were shipped from a US address. I shared a photo of the package showing the US address. I do not know what transpired after this, But the status of the case with Paypal indicated that they were waiting for the sellers response. A few days later, Paypal closed the case in favor of the seller with a reason stating that I failed to provide evidence that the items were returned. After this experience, I will never use Paypal to make any payments going forward. There was no other option to report or reopen the case. I do not know if this is a conflict of interest or a total incompetence on the part of Paypal. I lost a total of $167.93 as a result of this fraud. Please beware of what you use for your online transactions.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Their representation is not truthful. The picture is clearly a knitted sweater. What I received is cheap polyester jacket with a printed design. The cuffs in the picture are CLEARLY knitted and the ones on the "sweater" I received are small cuffs. Their products are not accurately portrayed on their site in their advertising. Don't get suckered like I did.
I ordered 2 mens sweaters and 1 womens sweater. I finally received part of my order. I really wish I'd seen this website first. The items are soooo cheap looking. Not at all like the picture. I emailed them to get refund and haven't heard back yet. Mens sweater looked like plastic. Not soft. I can't give it as a gift like I'd planned. My family would hate it!
Funbibi sent me some cheap, screen printed, shirts that are supposed to look like expensive sweaters....all of them shrank when washed so their size large became a medium. Very disappointed. I am calling this a SCAM !! Run away from this bs!
