I would give ZERO STARS if I could! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! A month and a half later I receive my order and it looks nothing like what is on their website! It is JUNK! This company is a scam! I have emailed them several times with no response!

Horrible fraud

Horrible fraud. Sweater was supposed to be woven, crocheted but is a cheap polyester type flat material with a printed picture of cats. Nothing like the picture or description on the site. So I requested a return and they want me to send them a picture of the merchandise. Really? This a total rip off. Do not buy from this store!!! After waiting a month to receive it, I am totally disappointed.

UPDATE 20 JAN 25: Email from "support@funbibi" - DearI was told by our Financial manager that Our account has been frozen due to a lot of transactions recently. The manager is currently dealing with this issue.All refunds will be postponed for a period of time.So sorry for the inconvenience. Your understanding is highly appreciated. Warm regards.DESPITE THIS STATEMENT FUNBIBI CONTINUES TO TRADE AND OFFER PRODUCTS ONLINE!!!!UPDATE. Company responded on 13 January saying they were referring issue to the customer services department. No response received by 19 January.I SHOULD ADD: I opened and examined the product when the offer to keep it was increased to 20%. I found it had a small but obvious MARK on the front, CONTAMINATION with what appears to be small animal HAIRS like a cat, AND, the item showed evidence of a MANUFACTURING DEFECT. I sent photos of these points to the company.

This company practices false advertiing

This company practices false advertising and should be avoided. I have no idea why google would allow this company to scam US citizens. There should be much stricter requirements when Chinese pirate companies are allowed to sell their crap using. These sweaters are not cable knit wool or cotton, but cheap printed polyester. Getting a return out of them is not going well. They know exactly what their doing, and it's wrong, but they don't care.

Garbage quality clothing

Garbage quality clothing, with terrible customer service. Was never able to obtain a refund, they just kept delaying and delaying the process, hoping I would give up. I've been trying for over a month to get them to approve a refund.
