Frustrated with Delayed Order

This is my second order because I loved the first jacket with the built-in harness. It fits perfectly and is of great quality. The first order arrived quickly, and I expect this one will too.

Shipping Delay

I rated this a "four" star due to the shipping time... 15 days. Although the website mentions this timeframe, I was nervous since it was shipped directly from overseas. However, my purchase arrived right on time and fits my Jack Russell perfectly at size "XL". I'm relieved I don’t need to use a harness over a winter coat anymore, and it has a lovely fuzzy lining.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

First, shipping took way too long...weeks with no explanation or update. Secondly, size guide is definitely off, measurements v weight v breed example. Jacket did not fit my dog at all. At first, customer service responded when I requested a return. I followed the instructions they provided, then no follow up response. Do not recommend dealing with this company.

I placed my order and

I placed my order and it took over 3 weeks got it and it’s 2xl and it’s tight I use the measurements given .it runs small need the next size .I emailed the company 3 times and no response from them .very disappointed no phone number only email .they claim the respond back within 48 hours .i sent a email Tuesday another email on Wednesday and Thursday it’s Friday nothing back .I keep getting emails from them on there sales .nothing from customer service . Very bad experience.I feel ripped off

Terrible customer service

I purchased two of their jackets. I contacted them right away but due to a family member's illness (my dad is 100 years old) I was not able to return the items that were WAY too small in their timeframe.I understand their policy but I had way too much going on to return it in time. I asked to switch out for the largest sizes but they refused. I would never purchase from them again

Impossible to return

Despite measuring my dog and going for the largest size 5xl, it didn’t fit. It here isn’t a simple return button. I went into the returns policy and it just says to contact them. I have emailed to request a return and they have not replied but seem happy to keep sending me marketing emails.

It would have been helpful to know the coat was coming from China so delivery was a long time. At least we got it before the big snow storm as we couldn’t get our mini silky daschund into her old coat.

STILL WAITING FOR ORDER TO ARRIVE!

Placed an order on 16/11/2025.Still haven’t received it (29/11/2025).Contact customer service and was told that I would receive it in approximately 9 working days. I’m still waiting!There needs to be a greater degree of transparency about the delivery waiting times when ordering!If I’d have known I would have ordered from a different company that offers next day delivery!!

Total fraud

Total fraud. The model for so many of these int’l-based man/distributors seems to be to take your order, try to suck you into self-serving tracking links, and delay delivery while they hit you with misleading emails goading you to order even more. Meanwhile, there are literally dozens of others offering the same new design. Pfft - fuggefaboutit
