I purchased three jackets/harnesses with a leash for each, for my pups and a friend's pup! They arrived and I was so pleased! One of them was too small and when I contacted Furry King, they sent me a replacement right away, with no problems at all! The quality of the jackets and attached harnesses was wonderful. So easy to put on my dogs and keep them toasty in the cold weather! Thanks Furry King!
These dog jackets are fantastic, I got 4 of them 2 red 2 blue , for my Frenchie and British bulldog, 4xl does my Frenchie perfect and 5xl for my bulldog , thank you FurryKing, great service and good delivery time , got the the day before we went on holiday, buy these for your dogs , you won’t look back
I was impressed with the video and ordered a sweater for our gal. Being an impatient guy, it seemed like it took forever but contact with the seller brought assurance that everything was ok and they were very pleasant. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and our little gal loved it and wanted to show it off outside. Thank you.
I have been contacting the customer service email provided on the Furry King website for a few weeks now. There has been no response. I need to find out return and refund information as the coat I purchased is too small for the dog. I need help in finding out more about how to return and refund this item.
I am always leery about ordering anything on Facebook but I have to say I have had a wonderful experience doing business with Furry King. I had ordered coats for my dog from other websites and they were always too big and had to send them back but the one I received is perfect. It fits my yorkie just right. Also they were always so prompt to reply to my emails when I had any concerns. I am extremely happy with this company
Ordered a 2XL for my baby Zeus who is a Great Pyrenees 80 pds. Excited to open the package to only be disappointed with disbelief how small the jacket is. There is no way it can be a 2XL. Now to figure out how to return it as there is no way it will fit him. Disappointed with this order.
