Happy pup!

I ordered the 3 in 1 coat for my 17 pound rescue dog. I love it and I think she does too. It is easy to put on, made of water- proof exterior with cozy fur- lined inside, and the material and construction are great quality. We are very happy with this purchase.

Misleading Returns Policy and Appalling…

Misleading Returns Policy and Appalling Customer Service:Do not buy from Furking. Their advertised returns policy claims you can return items within 14 days if they are “new and unused,” but in practice they will refuse any return once the vacuum seal is broken, even if the product is completely unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.Their excuses about items being “unsellable” or sizing issues are absurd—dog beds and similar products are routinely sold in stores without packaging concerns.Communication from the company is dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They clearly hope customers will give up rather than insist on their legal rights. This is misleading, unfair, and shows shocking customer service. I will be reporting them to the ACCC and strongly advise others to stay away. I dealt with Tom Sadler, and his refusal to accept a return, coupled with dismissive and unhelpful responses, demonstrates poor customer service and questionable business practices. By refusing this return, Fur King does not even follow their own published policy and are adding conditions after the sale. Under Australian Consumer Law, this conduct is misleading and unlawful. Buyer beware! This guy is doggy!

I pad for the doggy coat , never received it ... I emailed them 3 times no response. Do not buy from them they just keep your money.

My dog is an unusual size - resolution .

My dog is an unusual size, and I thought I had measured him correctly, but the tape measure was cheap and inaccurate, so I was somewhat out. The coat did not fit, but I remeasured him with a better measure. I was prepared to order another because the fault was mine, not Furry Kings. I did ask about the possibility of a refund, but the customer service person Tatiana was brilliant and worked with me to resolve the situation. THe upshot was, that she only charged me an additional $15 for postage, sent me another that would fit ( It does) and that arrived today. She told me not to bother returning the smaller coat so I gave that to someone who had a much smaller dog and was not wealthy. I am so appreciative, and such service and response is rare.

Avoid this Company

Avoid this Company. I ordered a Large size dog coat, but when the order arrived they had sent a Small. I have been emailing them back and forth but they refuse to accept their error. They imply that I ordered the wrong size. I have asked for a refund but so far have not received a reply. Will be reporting them to PayPal.

I have contacted FurryKing three times…

I have contacted FurryKing three times in 3 weeks to try and get details to enable me to return a coat for a refund on their 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, but all I’ve received are emails thanking me for being patient. I’m done being patient, as far as I can see FurryKing and their guarantees are a sham! Just received a big ‘NO’ to my return request from FurryKing! This is so disappointing. I ordered a 3XL jacket and soon after realised that I really needed the 4XL. On the same day I contacted FurryKing explaining what had happened, I was told to wait until both arrived before making contact to organise a return, this is what I have done and now I’m being told it’s too late. It’s taken me 3 weeks to get the message that it’s too late, in the meantime I’ve received purchase offers from Paul twice daily - this is a scam!!!Don’t purchased from FurryKing, their refund guarantee is false advertising! 😡

Be very wary of this company

Be very wary of this company. Bought a jacket with a defective zipper, company agreed to replace it but demanded extra 15.00 to ship replacement. Sent money, and chased them for two years with Numerous emails to them for shipping/tracking info and nothing. Total rip off and shameful behaviour for a so-called 'Aussie' company. Paul

An outstanding experience!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with the customer service team at Furryking. I ordered an XXL coat for my 30kg Groodle Ruby. The coat arrived quickly, it is well made, easy to put on and take off, and it’s a gorgeous pink colour. I used the size measurements provided and the coat fitted perfectly around Ruby’s chest. Unfortunately it just wasn’t long enough to cover her back. I sent an email to the customer service team explaining my issue and asking if there was an XXXL size. They responded quickly, professionally, and with apologies they didn’t have a bigger size. I was then offered a no questions ask refund less $10 to cover the return shipping - which given I hadn’t paid any postage to have the coat delivered, this seemed more than fair. The refund was processed really quickly and I can confidently say I’ve had an incredibly positive customer service experience. Thank you Furryking, I’m disappointed Ruby won’t get to use your lovely coat, but I certainly won’t have any hesitation recommending you to all my doggy parent friends. 🤗 Keep up the outstanding level of customer service - it’s rare.
