I ordered a 3XL for my cross spaniel/yorkie (14k) based on size info on website. It was way too small. Also the backing fabric to the zip kept getting caught and jamming the zip, so really difficult to do up.So wanted to send back for a refund as per 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. Was told I would have to pay another 10 dollars to get an exchange. They ignored my requests for a refund so I wasn't going to throw further money at it. Also worried that they sent a 'subscription' email so keeping a close eye that they don't take further money off me. Avoid and go to the local petshop.
This dog coat is well made and fits perfectly! We love the colors. The top zipper and built in harness is very convenient and easy to operate. We are impressed with Furryking’s customer contact, shipping info, tracking, and prompt delivery. This is our chihuahua mix’s second coat!
do not honor their satisfaction guarantee. I've been trying to return product and get a refund for one month now. I have received two form emails, and ALL of my correspondence in reply has been ignored. No communication. Be aware if you think you can rely on their 30 day money back guarantee - you won't get your money back.
I am very disappointed with Furryking.com. I order two winter jackets for my Frenchie. The jackets were extremely small so I text them to see if I could exchange them for an ex large . The measurements on the website are erroneous. I texted them twice and no response. If I can’t exchange it I want a refund of $47.00. Kathy
