The coats themselves are nearly fabulous. They just have one fundamental design flaw because there is no fastener at the top of the zip in the neck. As a consequence the zipper continuously works loose - every few minutes I have to pull it back up so it’s just not practical and dangerous because of fur getting trapped. Perhaps would be ok if very sedate dog walking, but for a typical high energy dog, no chance! What is most frustrating (hence the one star) is that I tried to add this to the review comments on Facebook to help people, but the company must filter out undesirable ones - this is the only reason for my one star - it makes you feel the company is not honest. Real shame as with a minor design tweek it could be a lovely coat. Quality is great. In fact, I’ve done some sewing myself to try and make use of it because it was so nice and managed to add a hook and button and it works fine now - it wouldn’t take much for those with the skills to modify the design !!
Even though I measured 2 times and confirmed the measurements the 3 in 1 jacket arrived too small. Not to mention it took 2.5 weeks to arrive I was not able to track the package. After receiving it and trying to hear back from the company for instruction how to return it and refund me. Like their website states money back guarantee. Takes days to hear back and they give me lip service with coupons to repurchase. I’m so disappointed with this lame unprofessional company. I’m not giving up until this issue is resolved. As a consumer I will not be abused and used like this. Shame, shame…
4 beds, 5 dogs but 2 of the beds are large so we have many combinations..there’s one large dog (70 pounds), 1 medium/small ( 30 pounds) and 3 small dogs ( all under 14 pounds) . The covers stay very clean, shake them out weekly but just took off covers to machine wash and put in dryer. They still look like new! First bed one of our dogs has not chewed through to stuffing…has destroyed countless beds but not these! Highly recommend!
Great customer service. I purchased a coat for my Whipped; however, the coat I received was for a small breed. I sent them a an email regarding the wrong size. The responded with in 24 hrs. I did have to pay extra $15 for deliver but the did send me the correct size after I provided them with my dog measurements. They did not want the little coat back so I decided to donate it to an animal shelter.
