Review Time
I ordered a raincoat and it took 20 days to arrive. It was way too small (a 3xl for my 30 lb dog!). I even emailed them with my measurements before the order went through to make sure it was the correct size, and they assured me it would be the perfect fit.I have sent multiple emails trying to return it. I finally got a response, with them wanting to send me the “correct size” for just $15 for shipping and to return my original one. I said I didn’t want to get another one, worried it won’t fit either and I’ll have to spend another $15 to return that one as well(which btw, when you order it says the shipping is $5). Now they’ve sent an invoice for $15 to send me another one, ignoring my emails to just make a return. The raincoat is cute, and I did wish it fit, but it took way too long to receive it and the customer service is below par.
I've had these jackets for about a year. I love the ease with which they go on the dog. I just ordered another a short time ago but haven't gotten it yet. My dog seems to love 💞 the jacket and when gets in the single digits I am able to put another coat under it. I would recommend them to everyone.
They were really helpful. When I received my order, It wasn’t the right size for my cockerpoo named JJ.He’s my sister’s dog. When I emailed customer service they were very helpful and with the pictures I sent them they were able to send me the right size.I greatly appreciate it .
I was a little dubious of buying from this site as I hadn’t used them before and reviews were mixed. Delivery was slow as expected (believe it comes from China) but I was really pleased with the quality of the product when it arrived. I decided I wanted to swap it for a bigger size (my puppy is growing fast!) so I contacted their customer service who have been brilliant-quick to respond, easy to deal with and in process of getting it exchanged
